Energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence instrument with focusing optics for analyzing thin coatings on small components.

It features a large chamber and slot for measuring microscopic structures and large PCBs. It has a changeable filter for optimal excitation and a silicon drift detector for high accuracy. Polycapillary X-ray optics focus on structures under 50 µm.

The instrument features programmable XYZ-axes, a laser pointer, and a high-resolution camera.
